Geoffrey is using his training to expand his business and hire additional employees.

After working for a company for many years, Geoffrey found himself at a crossroads after his employer decided to close its doors. He felt the fear in wondering when his next paycheck would come—a feeling many understand all too well. Knowing he had to provide for his family, he asked, “What can I do to make a living?”

So, he decided to start his own business.

Geoffrey used his background in printing to establish his own shop, which specializes in printing on clothes and book embossing.

“People want to wear something they can always remember. They want to be able to customize,” he shares.

Thanks to the generosity of people like you, Geoffrey is getting the training he needs to take his business to the next level so that he can continue to serve the people in his hometown of Llongwe.

“The entrepreneurship training has helped me learn how to manage funds, how to market my products, and meet new customers,” he says.

Geoffrey plans to expand his services to include printing invoices and labels for other businesses. He intends to purchase new machinery and hire additional employees, giving them the same gift of opportunity he was given.
