MARK GOESER
Founding team member and CEO, Mark Goeser serves as a coach and plan strategist. He brings over 25 years experience as a coach and mentor to business and non-profit leaders all over the world. Mark holds a graduate degree in leadership and international development and a credentialed member of ICF. His passion for high impact community initiatives is only rivaled by his love for outdoor adventures!
HEATH HOLLANDSWORTH
Heath serves as Operations Director, providing tactical support to the leadership and daily operations of Hope. He has a BA in Marketing and a graduate degree in Leadership and Community Development. He has a passion for seeing people reach their full potential. When he’s not working you can find him hanging out with his wife, Ashley, and two daughters, Lucy and Willa—or maybe on the golf course.
SUZY WEEKS
Suzy serves as Project Manager, providing both strategic and relational support to projects on the ground. Suzy successfully grew an e-commerce brand in the baby industry and is especially passionate about igniting other women entrepreneurs. She brings with her a background in non-profit administration and a graduate degree in theology and international development. When she's not hard at work, you can find her chasing after her 3 young children or exploring the great outdoors with her husband.
ALAN WEISENBERGER
Alan serves as a coach and advisor with an emphasis in leadership development, organizational culture, and community impact. With over thirty years in financial services technology and non-profit organizations, Alan founded enLumen Leadership Services. He is especially passionate about helping young leaders become wise before they grow old, and to develop the capacity of potential leaders who lack access to resources and opportunities.
TENDAI KASHANGURA
Tendai serves as our Africa Director and conducts training and coaching throughout the region. He is the founder and owner of Kashy-Com Investments (KCI) which specializes in business training and consultancy working with business owners throughout Africa. He holds a diploma in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics, and Masters in Business Administration.
TERRI LARSON
Terri serves as a coach, mentor, strategist, and community development expert. She has over 30 years experience in asset-based community development, is a specialist in facilitating community owned strategies, and a seasoned practitioner of results-based management. She is Co-President of Cities Together, a faith-based non-profit organization focused on training leaders in community and organizational development. A certified life coach, author, wife, and mother, she and her husband Scott have lived in the same neighborhood for 30 years.
KIM ZOVAK
Kim serves as a coach and cross cultural specialist. She’s a Stanford graduate with a doctorate in leadership development. She travels extensively, has lived in Australia and China, and currently is bi-coastal living in Los Angeles and Washington, DC. Kim is an MCC leadership coach and is a member of ICF.
BUCK ROGERS
Buck serves as a coach and plan strategist on the team. He has spent the past 25 years in leadership development in both non-profit and for-profit sectors. He holds a doctorate in cross cultural coaching, has lived overseas, and is the founder of Empower Clarity, a coaching and consulting firm that serves leaders around the globe.
BRIAN KEITH
Brian serves as a technology coach, serial problem solver, and organizational solutions specialist. With over 20 years of experience [15 years in Fortune 300 companies] delivering strategic technology initiatives, enterprise service management, and leading high performance teams, Brian is incredibly passionate to equip young start-ups and nonprofits toward successful community impact.
JOHN LIND
John serves as coach and consultant. With close to 40 years experience, he brings a wide range of nonprofit expertise in the areas of Donor Development, CEO/Board Coaching, Organizational Development, and Strategic Planning & Problem solving. John is president of Lind & Associates, a trusted partner to nonprofit causes.
JOHN CISSEL
John serves as a coach, advisor, and leadership strategist with special expertise in global real estate, building faith-based/non-profit spaces in major metropolitan communities of the world. His clients range from Nasdaq, Wachovia, and Mitsubishi to The Salvation Army, The Bowery Mission, and Redeemer Presbyterian Church. With over 30 years experience as an advisory executive, he brings creative solutions and sound counsel, enabling leaders to disrupt their organizations, stay on-mission, and confidently move forward in good faith.
