Welcome to the Prayer Team!

Dear Praying Friend, 

I am elated to welcome you to the Hope Ventures Prayer Team! Your willingness to join in prayer is an essential part of our mission to empower entrepreneurs and transform communities. As you embark on this journey, I want to share how you can participate, what you can expect, and what we look forward to.  

How You Can Participate:

  1. Pray Through the Monthly Prayer Update: Each month there is an email sent out with answers to prayer and requests for prayer. Many emails have an attachment you can download and print out. We invite you to use this information as you pray for Hope Ventures and those we serve.

  2. Join Our Monthly Prayer Video Call: On the first Wednesday of every month, from 12:00 to 12:30 PM PT, we gather for a video call to pray together as a team. This is a meaningful opportunity to come together in unity and lift up the needs of Hope Ventures and our partners. You will receive a Google Calendar invite with the details soon.

  3. Echo Prayer App: In an effort to cultivate community, we have adopted the Echo Prayer App as an online platform for prayer requests and updates. It’s a way where you can briefly share your heart and see the comments of others as well. (You will receive an email from Echo in the next few days.)

  4. Personal Prayer Time: Dedicate personal time each week to pray for Hope Ventures, our entrepreneurs, partners, and the communities we serve as the Lord leads.

A Prayer-Filled Future
Our hearts long for a growing community of prayer that empowers and undergirds thriving entrepreneurial communities that alleviate poverty and help people flourish as Christ intends. Our prayers are directed toward economic, social, and spiritual change. From the birth of new projects to the growth and expansion of Christ-centered business networks, we want Jesus to get all the fruit He deserves.

 

Getting There
To achieve this, we look to provide various opportunities for passionate and focused prayer. In addition to what we are currently doing, we want people to experience the joy of prayer in community with others through cross-cultural gatherings, annual events, and daily resources.

At the end of the day, we want to better walk with the One who lives to make intercession.
